KI 1475 How to change your password

You may change your password at passord.uib.no.

Go to passord.uib.no
Select Forgot password:
Choose Log in using ID-porten:
If you cannot use ID-porten, select the option Cannot use ID-porten.
You will then be prompted for your username or e-mail address. When this is submitted, you will receive an e-mail message to your private e-mail address.
The message will contain a link you can use to make a new password.
Select your preferred electronic ID alternative in ID-porten:
Log in
Set your new password

You will be notified that your password is changed:

Note: There is no password expiry time. You should change your password if you suspect it may be abused, or eg. if you have used the same password for another service.
