KI 3502 BILLY Service degraded on Tuesday, August 18

As part of an upgrade to the BILLY service, we will need to take the service offline on Tuesday, August 18, between 15:00 and 17:00 to update underlying software components.

Some functionality may remain available during the maintenance window, but we strongly recommend that users avoid using BILLY while the work is in progress.
