General Ordering Process
Add-on licenses are ordered by your local purchaser through the internal procurement system. Once the purchase is completed, the IT division can assign the license to your account.How to proceed:
- Create a support ticket specifying which license has been (or will be) purchased and the name of the recipient. Refer to the purchase made.
- The ticket is forwarded to the IT department, which assigns the license to the user account.
- Once assigned, the license is normally activated within a short period (~1h).
Specific Process for Microsoft 365 Copilot
The process for obtaining a Copilot license is a two-step procedure managed via UiBtilgang:- Declare yourself "Copilot-ready": First, you must log in to UiBtilgang and confirm that you meet the requirements for use. See KI 3215 for more information regarding these requirements.
- Ordering: Once you have declared yourself "Copilot-ready," you can request the license directly in the same portal. The request will be sent to your immediate supervisor for approval.
This license is purchased centrally and invoiced internally based on who has been assigned the license.
