Requests for increased storage space often indicate that OneDrive/SharePoint is being used to store data types that should be kept elsewhere.

Research data, raw data from simulations, videos, experiments, and similar types of data should not be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, but rather in a project area on UiB storage. The IT department offers up to 1TB of free storage in project areas.

OneDrive and SharePoint areas may still be expanded in some cases.
