Microsoft Forms: A self-service tool suitable for simple and intermediate forms. Forms can be integrated with other tools in the Microsoft 365 platform. All employees and students can access Forms as part of Microsoft 365 at https://forms.office.com/.
Skjemaker: A self-service tool suitable for simple and intermediate forms. Standard elements can be easily added to the form by clicking and dragging, and the content can be adapted to the current need. Read more about Skjemaker.
Registration form with payment: If you are organizing a course or conference where payment is required, the IT division may set up a registration form where participants can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Vipps. We apply various standard layouts that suit most events. Prices that automatically change on a given date is among standard functionality. If you are organizing a major international conference and need a very special set-up, we can also help with this. (Skjemaker or Microsoft Forms cannot be used if online payment is required.) Costs will incur for card fees for Visa, Mastercard and Vipps.
Form in UiBhjelp: If the information you collect is meant to result in an enquiry in UiBhjelp, it is easiest and best to use a form in UiBhjelp. There are two variants: Forms built into the UiBhjelp self-service portal (available to those who can log in there) or public forms, which are built into a web page, e.g. at www.uib.no. SurveyXact: If you are going to conduct larger surveys for research or administrative purposes, UiB has access to a tool called SurveyXact, which has the functionality and flexibility to cover most needs for various types of surveys from start to finish. Read more about SurveyXact.
Digiforms: Digiforms is a secure digital form solution that enables the secure transfer/submission of forms as a journal entry in a new or existing case in ePhorte. Read more about Digiforms (in Norwegian only).
